TRAINING

Precise knowledge saves mistakes. Intuitive operation and knowledge of the core functions are essential for the acceptance of a system. A wide range of SOFLEX training units is available, from basic knowledge and clearly defined training packages to individual training courses and "training on the job". The location of the training course depends on your needs. It can take place at SOFLEX, at the system or via web conference.

COMMISSIONING

Instant and smooth commissioning strengthens the confidence of the operating personnel. We provide you with intensive support during the implementation phase. SOFLEX products are carefully tested on a simulation basis before delivery and do not require independent commissioning. This means that machines, handling and organization systems can be coupled with the SOFLEX control system on site at the user's premises without further testing. If required, SOFLEX provides qualified staff to support this work. This shortens the commissioning time, gets your system up and running on time and gives you the certainty that the installation has been carried out correctly.
